Please make sure to activate it through the Internet before use. The activation code is usually located on the device body or product CD. You can refer to the software manual on the desktop or the operating instructions on the product CD.
2. Why can’t ordinary chalk be used to write on the interactive smart blackboard?
Our smart blackboard supports ordinary chalk. However, if dust-free chalk has been used before, there may be grease residue on the surface, which may hinder writing. Please use a special blackboard cleaner or wet wipes to clean the surface. If necessary, you can scan the QR code of the WeChat Mall to purchase related consumables.
3. Does the smart blackboard support the magnetic suction function?
This function is optional and not supported by all models. If necessary, please consult the purchase channel to confirm whether the product contains this function.
4. Will long-term use affect vision?
Odin products use 60Hz or 120Hz LCD screens, which are much higher than the 50Hz threshold for the human eye to recognize flicker. They can effectively relieve visual fatigue and comply with the international IEC62471 standard.
5. The screen will heat up after use. Is this normal?
